Arianne Groth Therapy
Arianne (she/her/hers) works with individuals, relationships and families interested in improving some aspect of their life. For individuals, this can involve ameliorating the effects of trauma, adapting to transitions such as career change or parenthood, or working with stress, anxiety or depression. For couples, relationships, and families, Arianne helps all members find clarity in their communication so that they can have the relationship they want.
Arianne trained at the Southern California Counseling Center after receiving her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with an emphasis in depth psychology. Her master’s thesis was titled Cultivating Our Archetypal Parents: A Depth Psychological
Workshop for Parent–Infant Classes. Prior to becoming a therapist, Arianne was a practicing architect for 25 years.
